Registration of Clients

• Application for SWEET DYNAMICS CORPORATION Client is open to those residing in the Philippines aged 18 years old and above. However, the control of all client registration is subject to the discretion and review of the Management of SWEET DYNAMICS CORPORATION.

• The management of SWEET DYNAMICS CORPORATION has the right to decline any registration status or to revoke client membership at its discretion without prejudice or in connection with any violation of our privacy policies.

• Individuals who wish to become a registered client must first complete the online registration form on the SWEET DYNAMICS CORPORATION website, free of charge. 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We do everything possible to ensure the highest printing quality, accurate color reproduction, precise cutting, efficient order processing and on-time delivery. However, there are certain circumstances or issues that are beyond our control and are not covered by our guarantee.

Here are some of the list of things that can go wrong that we cannot be responsible for:

• Typos on customer-submitted artwork. This includes spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors that were made by the client.

• Damages or claims incurred by you or your business that are caused by printing materials that are defective or incomplete or which you received later than the estimated due date. This guarantee is limited (only) to reprinting of the original order quantity or refund of the purchase price of the order. In no event shall our liability to you for any reason exceed the amount actually paid to us, if any, for or through the use of this website.

• Order too much or too little, order the wrong size, choose the wrong type, or order the wrong product.

• Damages to printed products or services that occur after delivery to the client.

• Design errors that have been submitted in a client's artwork file.

• Mistakes that occur when the file layout has incorrect information about custom services like folding, drilling, scoring, or die-cutting.

• Color selection errors, design errors, or inferior-quality resolution files that have been submitted by the client

• Shipping charges that occur because of an incorrect shipping address or other shipping-related errors caused by the client.

• We are not liable for Philippine or Overseas Postal Service mistakes, loss, or delayed delivery times including associated incidental or consequential damages or claims of any kind.

 

General Expectation on Printing Outcome

• Color reproduction or accuracy is generally subject to the limitations of gang‐run printing method. Therefore, the accuracy of color reproduction is NOT guaranteed.

• SWEET DYNAMICS CORPORATION assures you that the color reproduction & consistency of every piece of your product printed in the same batch. We cannot be held liable for color variations between jobs printed in different batches at different ordering periods.

 

Order and Delivery

• Once an order and proof for printing has been approved by the customer and "sent" to the site or via email, no changes are allowed in the deadline times, the artwork files, or the job specifications. After an order for printing has been sent via the website, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of the order unless otherwise noted. 

 

Templates

a. License​

Sweet Dynamics Corporation grants you (as a Client) a nonexclusive limited license to use the templates or service available on our website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company which shall include the condition that all artwork created with the use any Sweet Dynamics Corporation template or service is forwarded to Sweet Dynamics Corporation for printing. Members who are unable to adhere to these conditions are prohibited from using any template from or taken from our website.

b) Limited Usage Granted​

You may only use all margin and pre-designed templates from or on the www.sweetdynamics.com.ph website. Unless stated otherwise, you may use the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design.

c) Modifications​

You are allowed to make modification(s)/alterations to prepare your layout or artwork. You are also authorized to add, arrange your text and logo on our templates to fit your purposes as well as arrange, move, resize and change images in our template 

​

d) Unauthorized Use​

There should be no redistribution or resale of any Sweet Dynamics Corporation templates, modified or unmodified, without prior written consent from Sweet Dynamics Corporation.

e) Assignability​

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Sweet Dynamics Corporation.

f) Ownership​

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our templates, modified or unmodified. All templates from or taken from the www.sweetdynamics.com.ph website are the property of Sweet Dynamics Corporation. However, Registered who uploaded their own artworks or images, will retain ownership of these files stored on the Sweet Dynamics Corporation server given that all registered clients did not violate the terms & conditions stipulated in our website.

Our templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our templates.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions with no prior notice.

 

PAYMENT METHODS​

All requests to purchase printing must be submitted with a mutually approved and agreed upon payment method. If you have any questions about payment plans, please call us at your earliest convenience. Approved methods for payment include, but are not limited to, any of the following methods.

TAX POLICY​

Transactions made by registered customers on www.sweetdynamics.com.ph site are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) rates in the Philippines.​

The prices for goods and services shown on this website are in Philippine Peso (PHP₱).

 

ARTWORK FILES

The prepress department inspects most artwork files before printing, but you are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files. We encourage you to take a few moments and carefully inspect and proof-read your files carefully before submitting them to our website.
To further ensure the accuracy of the colors, we closely follow our quality assurance standards and methods.​

LOCAL SHIPPING​

We allow customers to pick up completed jobs at our designated pickup points. Our pickup locations can be seen at the shipping option section in the ordering page. We suggest that you coordinate with us using email or chat before visiting, so we can have everything ready to go for you. ​

All other shipping methods are done via courier services. Through courier services, we provide three-day and standard seven-day delivery.
